You can permanently delete your KundliSaar account and the information linked to it.
In the app (fastest)
- Open KundliSaar and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account is erased straight away.
By email
If you can no longer open the app, email support@kundlisar.com from any address and include the mobile number you used to sign up. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and birth details
- Your chats with the astrologers
- Your ratings, daily usage records, saved readings and reports
- Your login record (mobile number)
Deletion cannot be undone. Provider logs or backups may take a short while longer to clear. See the privacy policy for details.
