KundliSaar ("we", "us") is a Vedic astrology app. This page explains what information the app uses, why, who handles it, and how you can delete it. You must be 18 or older to use KundliSaar.
What we collect
- Mobile number, to log you in with a one-time code.
- Birth details you enter: your name, date of birth, time of birth (optional) and place of birth, and your language choice.
- Your conversations: the messages you send to the astrologers and the replies you receive.
- Activity in the app: how many free messages you have used each day, the ratings you give astrologers, and any replies you report.
- Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address and request time) for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect your contacts, precise location, photos or payment details.
How we use it
- To calculate your kundli, dashas and the daily panchang.
- To write your daily reading and the astrologers' replies.
- To apply the daily free-message limit, show astrologer ratings, and review reported replies to keep the app safe.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
The astrologers are AI
Who handles your information
- Google Firebase: sends and checks the login code by SMS, and stores your profile, chats and activity.
- Anthropic: generates AI replies and readings from the information described above.
- Render: hosts our server.
- Open-Meteo: when you search for your birth city, the text you type is sent to its place-search service.
These providers process information to run the app for us. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep your information until you delete your account. In the app, open Profile → Delete my account. This permanently erases your profile, birth details, chats, ratings, usage records, reports and your login. It cannot be undone. Provider logs or backups may take a short while longer to clear. You can also ask us to delete your account by email (see Delete your account).
Your choices and rights
You can correct your birth details in the app (Profile → Birth details), choose your language, and delete your account at any time. To ask for a copy of your information, or to raise a concern, email support@kundlisar.com. Deleting your account also withdraws the consent you gave when you signed up.
Security
Information travels between the app and our server over encrypted connections, and the database can only be reached through our server. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your phone and SIM safe.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its date.
